It's been a long road to making this film, and we wouldn't have been able to achieve it without the tremendous support from so many people. Special thanks to the Icelandic Film Fund, the Icelandic State Television, and our executive producers Margret Jonasdottir and Danny Sherman, who introduced me to Darryl Francis back in 2012. Without Danny, this wonderful gem would never have happened.

Olaf de Fleur’s new documentary is an intimate, endearing portrait of a man who tries to reclaim his life after 20 years of incarceration

A special shoutout to Ragnar Santos for his fantastic cinematography work, Julia Sandberg and Jeffy Lucky for the preshoots, and to my brother Benedikt Johannesson at DIT Iceland for handling all the technical aspects and Craig Jackson who created the sound world, with Bijo Robert Johano producing.

Thanks to my managers at Major Chord for their unwavering support and encouragement.
